My Story
I won't deny it, I was a candle burner....and I went through them weekly. For my 30th birthday, my best friend bought me my first mini warmer and a few bars with the explanation of "I want you to try this, I promise you'll love it."
BOY WAS SHE RIGHT!
I have been hooked ever since and haven't burned a single candle since November 30, 2017. I spent a almost a year as a customer, purchasing pretty regularly from the same consultant, who just happened to be family through marriage. I turned several friends over from the candle world to the Scentsy world in that time, just by conversation. I had a passion for it. I LOVE the products, the lack of flame, the lack of risk of burning myself (or our house down if I left a candle going)...I could, and do, leave our warmers on most of the time.
Fast forward to the end of September 2018., two of the friends who I had already converted both having the same conversation with me "why aren't you selling Scentsy?! You would be amazing, you love the product, and you tend to be able to find something for everyone." I pondered that thought. It's not ME who finds something for everyone, it's SCENTSY who has something for everyone, but they are right...I could do this. I called up my regular consultant and asked about 1,000 questions (sorry, lady) to which she laughed and said "I was curious what took you this long." She had never pushed selling on me, she let me come to her when I was ready, and I am grateful for that. I have taken the things she taught me and incorporated them into my business. My success is because of her.
Without Scentsy, I wouldn't be where I am today. I wouldn't have met some of the other incredible small business owners I know. My house wouldn't smell near as good as it does, and let me tell you, it's often the first thing someone says when they walk in "Wow, it smells amazing in here".
Scentsy truly does have so much to offer.
